"Do People Who Never Served In The Military Really Understand A Warriors Sacrifice?"

(Warrior Blog Entry 19)

The title above is a very good question that I know as a matter of fact many who have never served in the military would answer the question very differently than others who have not served in the military especially those who are not in reality such as those who think they have what it takes to serve when they really don't know if they have what it takes to serve because how can you know you have what it takes when you never were in a position to have served?

Mr. President Trump is a prime example of how when one thinks about what they are capable of doing when they were never put in a position to know really what the sacrifice is for a Warrior: especially knowing that going to a military school or training is not going to just cut it in the eyes who have passed training and actually took training in advanced to not just trying to be a Warrior but be one day in and day out for many Warriors for years upon years.

There are those who never served would be honest to themselves and others and would admit they have no clue but what they see on TV/ Computer or what they have read, and even then they would admit that they can only imagine, and that is correct if you have not actually served in the military, only one can imagine, but for those that have served, and for those who actually not just served in the military but actually deployed into a combat zone most defiantly have a very different perspective about sacrifice than most. There are different types of Warriors because as a Warrior there are so many different ways to be a Warrior, and depending what your job M.O.S. (Military Occupation Status) in the military, and what you have trained for while serving in the military, and what Unit you are in, and what your missions are, and assignments overall will dictate how you experience being a Warrior.

As me being a Warrior myself I do have something to offer to this Warrior Blog Entry 19, even though there are others who have had it way worse than myself, but that is another example how being a Warrior is never a dull moment for Warriors because some see, done, and been at a place that other Warriors have not been, but the one thing that is very common with all Warriors is that regardless what you did in the military we all signed a blank check, and that blank check represents that we are willing to do whatever it takes to sacrifice for our country regardless what you did in the military for your country, and that goes for all Nations around the world.

See, regardless if you are a Cook, a Driver, a Mechanic, a Medic, an Engineer, a Special Operator, a Pilot, and etc. we all have a job to do, and any one of us could die or get gravely injured serving our country or any one of us could lose or see a friend get gravely injured from serving, and that is not just in a combat zone, the probability of dying or get gravely injured in a non-combat zone is there to while Stateside there are Warriors sacrificing and lives have been lost in training missions or support missions, I know this to be to because I have seen, heard, and have first hand experiences of those who have either got hurt while training or have died.

The day to day operations for a Warrior regardless if you are on Active Duty/ Reserves/ and National Guard doesn't really matter because of the mere fact that serving is serving and depending on what is going on with the Units and the current OP Orders, and etc., and especially what is going on around the world will dictate what a Warrior will be going through. I know some would not agree but I know many Warriors themself would agree because being a Warrior these days is more complicated, and more challenging because how the military is more modern, with more complex technology, with a high demand of perfection with no room for error, because what is being mandated by the Pentagon is that they want Super Soldiers, and for that to become a reality it has shown that the pressure of a soldier these days is very overwhelming, and can cause extreme anxiety and down the road a lot of mental health issues stemmed from the high expectation to be better than the Warrior before you at all cost for the sacrifice and the objective to perform at a level that will make sure that the mission will be complete with no room for error.

Now let's get back to those who think they no sacrifice like a Warrior! Okay, well Mr. President Trump made a remarks while back about how he knows what it takes to be a Warrior than those who have served. Here is what it is interesting about Mr. President Donald Trump: he could served for his country during the Vietnam War, but he never did and mentions that he couldn't because he was in College, and that he a foot problem, but the reports that were investigated say a very story and those reports that causes Mr. President Trump's comments about why he didn't serve are contradictions, and just gives you more of how he makes excuses about something he can't even explain the truth about that he knows he did not have what it took to serve or even sacrifice like those who for generations took the call of duty to a level of proving what it takes to serve & sacrifice for a Nation because it takes a very special and unique person to be a Warrior, and not everyone have what it takes.

Check the video below for that similar comment that should make you wonder for at least those who actually served in the military of what was he thinking by referencing what it takes to sacrifice as a Warrior.

Now as you can see with this video that Mr. President Trump is just making excuses of why he didn't serve in the military just like so many others who could of but didn't but for those who couldn't for real and for good reasons couldn't I can understand why those who couldn't wanted to and probably had what it took to be a Warrior, but that still does not prove anything about if you have what it takes until you actually are faced with the reality that you are now a Warrior doing Warrior business in any capacity that deems serving and sacrificing for your country.

How people say one thing and do another will reflect where you are with your current attitude about others, and your past will have a lot to do with how you will behave as well towards others. It is interesting how others talk about others when they nothing in common with those they are speaking about such as when someone speaks about how they look at a person when they have not even been in their shoes or have walked the walk, not just talked it but actually talked it and walked it. I am not a big fan of the late John McCain because of his political approaches and how he betrayed the Veteran Community, but the one thing that gets me about Mr. President Donald Trump is how he says things he has no clue what he even knows what he is saying, it is if he likes hearing himself speak and to be controversial with his remarks to get air-time, because when I watch his interviews and his public appearance speeches it really baffles me and makes me think if he is on another planet or am I in a nightmare and I need to wake up.

Folks we as Warriors can tell you what we went through and what we went through will be different from other Warriors, but the training, lack of sleep, conditions, weather environment, the mental and emotional anguish many of us went through, and the images that are forever imprinted in our minds of serving and sacrificing is a reminder that those who want to be us Warriors don't understand many of us would at times rather not be a Warrior with the residual effects of being a Warrior or for some would rather of not become a Warrior in the first place because of all that comes with being a Warrior; the bagage. It is funny how many want to be someone that will never be and those who are being the person that many want to be at times have reservation of being the role model for those yearning to be them because it has a price tag and a heavy burden that comes with being a Warrior, and for us that understand that very clearly and it is too close to comfort can only imagine what others would think if they actually understood the sacrifice of what a Warrior has gone through or is going through after serving: would that person still want to be them?

Here is another video about Mr. President Trump who makes a remark about the late Senator John McCain being a POW (Prisoner of War, and not being a hero in his eyes. Now, I understand the John McCain did betray and was unbecoming as an Officer while a POW during the Vietnam War, but if you have not been a prisoner of war like myself, Mr. President Trump, and others: you really don't understand why some can maintain and others can't while a prisoner of war, because a mind is a very tricky thing, and how one trains to prepare to be a prisoner really doesn't always prepare you for the reality of being a prisoner of war, because when you are faced with still being responsible for those under you while a prisoner of war can really cause your mind to play tricks on you especially if you are injured, lack of food, lack of water, lack of good medical care, and being under subhuman conditions overall, and lets not forget about the physiological aspect of being tormentented not just physically but mentally & emotionally as well.

So here you go Folks checkout this video about the remarks that is shocking and very much concerning knowing the person who made the remarks never really served in the military or even has been a POW.

As you can tell that there are people in the world who are obviously not in reality and are very much talking and believe what they say as truth while the whole time those who have truly served & sacrificed in so many ways, and then when you have the Top Dog leader of a country making remarks about other Veterans it can really get your blood boiling when you know that if this person acts this way about other people service while this person never served is this person like Mr. Donald Trump not able to even be an effective Commander & Chief?

That question within itself is a good question that many have asked and gotten different answers, but I will answer the question: No, because time has proved that not all Presidents who didn't served could really be an effective Commander & Chief who is the Top Dog of the Military besides the Generals that Command the President's military.

It is so obvious that society has been going down hill with not being able to maintain a level of discipline, purpose driven drive, sacrifice experience, or hove good work ethics, and etc. What I think is sacrifice for another person's opinion on what sacrifice will always be different if what you are referring to real sacrifice is not even close to what others may think differently knowing the sacrifice is at a very different perspective of being the sacrifice of a Warrior who has signed that blank check I am referring to that all Warriors from all branches of the Armed Forces signed before they actually became a real Warrior, and many like myself have signed that blank check regardless of the outcome of our service: it is the fact that we who served and became Warriors stood out from the rest and that is by our service & sacrifice we walked the talk and talked the walk and did what only many could dream to inspire to be and the only glimpse they get to that aspiration is when they watch a War Movie or have the honor to actually be in the presence of a Warrior who many look at as a Hero but the Hero you speak about who has a humble heart and mind does not look at themselves that way as being a hero but a Warrior who took an Oath to serve and sacrifice for their country so their country can be safe, free, and protected by those foreign and domestic who want to destroy that many have defended since the beginning of the forming of their Nation.

I will leave you with this last video, and it is so sad that this even happened to a Warrior and his family, but regardless what you may think, but not everyone is meant to be a leader or for that matter President of the United States regardless the person won the election, because just because you won the votes doesn't mean you have what it takes to actually do what it takes to be a leader of a Nation, just like being a Warrior, you don't know what it takes to be a Warrior until you actually have to do Warrior stuff, but even then only those who were destined to be a President or a Warrior can either make it or break it but regardless you were in the position of doing whatever it was you were doing, and the point I am trying to make is that we who have no clue what it means to be something that you are not should speak less about it and do more of being someone who you are and be less of what you are not.

Authors Note:

I hope this Warrior Blog Entry 19 has put things into perspective, and will give you a better appreciation to those who have served and sacrificed for a Nation that seems to still be confused or lack the motivation of how to take care of those who are the Warriors that signed the blank check to come home and have it bounce after returning from serving and sacrificing . I encourage you to get with your Representative and demand why our Warriors are not getting the benefits and care they deserve.

Thank you for taking the time to read this blog entry, and please take the time to continue to watch the videos if you haven't done so!

Here are videos about real Warriors with real stories that should be given the time of day to hear and really watch the videos and pay attention and then after you hear what these Warriors have to say, and say to yourself, "Do I really have a clue what it takes to be a Warrior?", and then ask yourself this, "Is our government really doing enough for our returning Warriors for the price they paid that many are not able to do and is what are Veterans going through is really fare to have them pay for their medical care or any expenses to get benefits when they have already done enough for their country, especially knowing that politicians get better care than those who were ordered by the politicians to do a job that many of those politicians couldn't do themselves even if they were in their prime?" Because many who are Warriors thought they didn't have what it took to be a warrior until they had to act on what they were trained to do and for some came natural to do to be a Warrior until they had to be actually a Warrior doing Warrior stuff.

Be advised that some of the content in the videos are graphic stories & images with real Warriors-Veterans with real stories!
